Batman: Arkham Shadow is included only on new Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S headsets for a time period (September 25 – April 30, 2025). You can redeem the content using the Meta Horizon app or your Meta Quest headset; check out the Meta Quest Help Center for more detailed instructions on how to redeem the game. Not seeing the game to redeem? If you have a qualifying headset and you’re not seeing the game to redeem, you may be a secondary account holder. Check-in with the primary account holder to have them enable App Sharing, so you can see the game in your account.

How can I adjust the fit of the headset and lens for improved comfort and picture clarity?

Meta Quest 3S has a split back strap and lens adjustment to help you achieve a comfortable fit and get the in-headset image clear and in-focus. You can adjust the side strap for tightness and adjust the top strap for support. With the headset off, you can also adjust the lens spacing width to get the clearest picture inside the headset. There are three different lens spacing settings. Gently grab the outer part of one of the lenses, and shift the lens left or right until the lenses click into the position that makes the picture clearest for you. You can also adjust the top strap so that the headset is slightly higher or lower on your face, or adjust the angle of the headset on your face, which can help make the image more clear.

Do I need a Facebook account for Meta Quest 3S?

No, you don’t need a Facebook account to use Meta Quest 3S. You just need a Meta account which you can create with an email address, if you don’t already have one.
